Hot water sterilization equipments
Hot water helicoid high-pressure sterilization can is sterilizing equipment for packed foods by using high-temperature (max.140.c) and high-pressure (max.0.35MP) hot water. The equipment adopts (rotating + showering) double temperature equalizing, which can make products equably heated and thoroughly remove the cooling point of sterilizing object. As the upper water-storing can store high-temperature hot water under pressure for next use after sterilization,
it can not only shorten heating time, alleviate the influence on heat-sensitive products, but aslo save energy and cooling water, and elevate efficiency. The equipment is furnished with complete set of accessories including material tray, emptying machine, pushing machine, water storage tank, air storage tank and air compressor.
